Order Processing & Dispatch
At Bless-Stone, every gemstone is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece from the Holy Land. We carefully prepare each order to ensure your stone reaches you safely.
We provide a 24-hour cancellation period after an order is placed. We do not begin preparing orders for shipment until this period has passed.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully captured. Our business days are Sunday–Thursday (Israel), excluding Israeli public holidays.
If your order includes a gemological certificate, preparation may require up to 7 additional business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the available tracking information.
Payment Authorization & Cancellation
We understand that purchasing a unique gemstone is a meaningful decision, and we want you to feel confident about your purchase.
You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of purchase, at no charge. If the order is not cancelled within 24 hours, it becomes final and can no longer be cancelled.
For eligible PayPal transactions, we use an authorization-first payment process. This means that your payment method may show a temporary hold for the purchase amount, but the funds are not collected immediately. We capture the payment only after the cancellation period has ended, provided the order has not been canceled.
If you cancel during this period while the payment is still authorized but not captured, we will cancel the payment authorization without charging you. Your payment provider determines when the temporary hold disappears from your account.
If payment has already been collected, an eligible cancellation within this period will receive a full refund to the original payment method, without deduction of payment processing fees.
To request cancellation, please contact us through our Contact Us page within the cancellation period and provide your order number.
After the cancellation period ends, your order becomes final regarding changes of mind, subject to the exceptions and legal rights described below.
Shipping Method & Tracking
We ship our gemstones from Israel using Israel Post or another reliable shipping carrier selected by us.
Every shipment includes a tracking number. Tracking details will be emailed as soon as they become available, which may take up to 48 hours after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
- Free shipping on orders over $400.
- For orders below $400, a flat shipping fee of $40 applies.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Up to 10 business days to major international destinations.
- Approximately 14–21 business days to remote destinations.
These are estimated transit times after dispatch, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated preparation period, we will notify you and offer the option to accept a revised shipping date or cancel your order for a full refund, as required by applicable law.
Returns & Exchanges
Every BlessStone is a distinctive, one-of-a-kind natural gemstone. Each stone has its own appearance, colors, patterns, and natural characteristics.
Because of the individual nature of our gemstones, we do not accept returns or exchanges solely due to a change of mind after the 24-hour cancellation period, except where required by applicable law.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have regarding defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially misrepresented products, or orders that are not fulfilled in accordance with applicable law.
Our separate Authenticity Guarantee also remains in effect, as described below.
Our 60-Day Authenticity Guarantee
We stand behind the natural character and stated origin of our BlessStone gemstones.
Within 60 days of receiving your gemstone, if a recognized gemological institute, such as GIA, IGI, or another internationally accredited laboratory, issues a written report establishing that your stone is not natural or is not of Holy Land (Israel) origin as represented, we will provide a full refund of the purchase amount, in accordance with our Authenticity Guarantee.
Under this guarantee, you are not required to return the gemstone to us.
