FAQ

Who are we?

We are Bless-Stone – creators of unique gemstones discovered in the Haifa and Mount Carmel region, near the historic Cave of Elijah the Prophet. After cutting and polishing our very first stone, we realized we had found something truly exceptional. Since then, we’ve been sharing its beauty with the world.

For more details, see our Our Story page.

How do I choose my Bless-Stone?

As the saying goes, “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”. Each stone is hand-cut and polished by professional gem cutters. Browse our catalog and choose the stone that speaks to you — by its color, shape, and energy.

Why do you call them gemstones?

Because they are cut and polished using the same methods and by the same skilled professionals as classical gemstones. Their hardness level is also similar, and therefore no gemological institute would be able to claim that our stones are not natural or not genuine gemstones. The only difference is that our stones are not yet widely known to the public, which is why our prices are currently very low. However, it is clear that over time, as sales and demand grow, their value and price are expected to rise—and will indeed rise in practice.

How is the stone’s price determined?

  1. Finding the Raw Material – The origin of the stone, the quality of the rough, and the effort required to obtain it.

  2. Hardness of the Stone and Polishing Difficulty – Some stones are easy to work with, while others require many hours of careful and precise polishing.

  3. Model – The overall shape chosen for the stone (for example, drop, heart, oval, etc.) affects material loss and labor time.

  4. Polish Style – Each polishing style (cabochon, flat, faceted, etc.) requires a different level of precision and influences the stone’s brilliance and appearance.

  5. Rarity of Color and Shade – Unusual tones or rare color combinations increase the value.

  6. Final Appearance on Both Sides – Transparency, luster, color uniformity, and overall balance between the front and back sides.

  7. Rarity of the Appearance – How unique the stone looks compared to others in the market; rarity adds value.

  8. Jewelry Value – Suitability of the stone for jewelry setting, polish quality, and overall aesthetic impression.
