Order Handling & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Sunday–Thursday (Israel), excluding Saturdays and public holidays.
If you purchase a pendant setting or a gemological certificate, preparation time may extend by up to 7 additional business days per process. Once your order is complete, we will email you an order confirmation and tracking details.
Shipping Method & Tracking
Shipments are sent via Israel Post or another courier at our discretion. Every parcel includes a tracking number. Tracking details are sent by email as soon as they are available (in some cases, up to 48 hours after the parcel is handed to the carrier).
- Free shipping on orders over $400.
- For orders under $400, a flat shipping fee of $40 applies.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Up to 10 business days to major global destinations.
- 14–21 business days to remote destinations.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by destination country, local customs, or carrier workload.
Returns Policy
Every Bless-Stone is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece reserved for you once ordered. Therefore, after the purchase is completed, cancellations, exchanges, and returns are not available, except for in cases of inauthenticity (see Transparency & Authenticity).
However, we understand that minds can change — a refund is available within 24 hours of purchase (before shipping) in case of regret. Refunds are issued for the full amount minus non-refundable payment processing fees retained by PayPal or other payment processors (typically 7–10%). After this 24-hour period, your gem is prepared, packaged, and shipped, and the order becomes final.
