“The biology of belief” or “how to change bad beliefs with 2 easy steps”
Following the previous post, which dealt with “The power of belief” and the many ways to approach it (a link to the post for those who missed), we approach faith again.
This time we will do it with the next short video of Dr. Bruce Lipton*, a biologist and best-selling author of “The Biology of belief”.
Bruce, as a biologist, went all his life to “belief” from a biological approach. In fact, he strengthened the idea that the environment also affects us genetically during the first 7 years of our lives – and not only in our mother’s womb!
Eloquently, he explains that the influences of the environment on us are expressed in the beliefs that take root in us up to the age of 7 (and during our childhood basically). It’s sinking and forming in the subconscious, and affect our actions, our habits and, ultimately, most of our adult lives.
Like everything else, there is a positive side but also a negative side – beliefs that are rooted in us and block us during adult life from reaching new heights and fulfilling ourselves.
